Sleep. Never underestimate the importance of sleep. Try to stay on a normal schedule as much as possible.
Take your vitamins and supplements. Always travel with normal multivitamins and supplements. Probiotics’ are also really helpful for immunity while travelling.
Move whenever you can. Try the mini moves from my last post or get up and walk or do couple stretch whenever you get the chance. Anything that will help get your blood moving is key.
Hydrate. Drink water even if you’re not thirsty. You will be. If you’re already thirsty. That’s generally not a good sign.
Fuel your body properly. Being on the road is not an excuse to let your health fall on the back burner. Put your health first. Take healthy snack options with you.
